All you have to do is to give us your details. We will give you a free consultation by phone. Based on that consultation, we will select suitable suppliers and we will arrange for them to give you several quotations. You select the one that matches your needs best. It's simple and it's free.

What Does It Cost?

Nothing - our service is completely free to businesses looking for quotes.

How Does It Work?

If you give us your details, we will call you back and give you a free consultation over the phone. Based on that consultation, we will select 2-3 supplier who are a close match for your needs. We will contact those suppliers, brief them on your needs and we will request that they provide you with and immediate quotation.

How Are You Paid?

When we offer our consultants the opportunity to quote, we charge them a small fee for the business lead we have given them. We do not charge in any other way.

How Many Quotes Can I Have?

Normally we provide 2-3 quotes per customer. This is normally enough to evaluate and select a supplier. If the project is larger than normal, we would recommend getting more quotes. If you would like to have more quotes for the work, please let us know and we will provide them.

How Long Does It Take To Provide The Quotes?

We aim to provide the quotes within two working days, but we usually take less than 24 hours. For more complex projects, we may provide and initial response in this time, with further exploratory meetings to follow.

Must I Choose One Of Your Suppliers?

You are under no obligation to use one of our suppliers.

How Do You Approve Suppliers?

We investigate suppliers before we put them on our approved list. We look at the qualifications of the staff in the business, and the track record that they have in delivering projects for clients. We also pay a lot of attention to the customer service that they provide and we look at how satisfied a sample of their current customers are. The demand to become an approved consultant is high, so we can afford to be very selective in our approvals process.

 

In vetting the references, we will look at both the results that you have produced for the clients and also the quality of the relationship that you have established with them.
